A guide to ordering a license for the myCCTV Recovery software

To order a One Time-Use License for myCCTV Recovery that can be applied for saving the results of a single data recovery scan, please proceed as follows:

  1. Ensure that your computer meets the minimum technical requirements stated in the product specifications.
  2. Download the Trial version of the software by pressing the "Free download" button available on the product page. Install and run the application.
  3. Perform scanning of the problem storage. Make certain that the result provided by the program indeed responds to your demands and that the needed data was recovered.
  4. If the results are acceptable, save the obtained scan session using the "Save session" button.
  5. Go to the "Scanned storage information" dialog in the software interface by pressing the i-button in the upper right corner and copy the unique Scan Result ID you will see in the respective box.
  6. During the checkout process, enter the Scan Result ID into the corresponding field that follows the billing form. After your order is processed, the Registration code for the software will be delivered to you via e-mail.
  7. Run the Trial version of the program once again if it has been closed.
  8. Load the previously saved scan session into it using the "Saved sessions" button.
  9. Use your Registration code to activate the software in the License dialog. After successful activation, you can start selecting and saving the restored data.
