
Prior to ordering a license, you will need to scan the problem storage using a free Trial version of the software and generate a unique Scan Result ID for this data recovery session as described in the provided guide.
A Registration Code will be delivered to you by email. The time of delivery is on average between 15-45 minutes. If the message doesn't arrive within 60 minutes after the payment, please, contact our support team to figure out the problem.
If the license is issued in the form of Thales Sentinel Digital License, it is typically issued within 24-48 hours of the order is placed.
To activate the obtained License, open a free Trial version of the software and enter the Registration Code together with the Scan Result ID in the "Software Activation and License" tab.
